K.L. Botanicals is committed to being your go-to expert for all your beauty merchandise needs. Here is a collection of all the questions we usually get asked by our clients. However, if you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, let us know and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

What are your payment options?
We have made it possible here to shop directly from our website using a credit / debit card. In addition to this, for local customers we also offer / accept payment via cash, Venmo, Square or Paypal.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working on changing that- stay tuned for updates!

What is your return policy?
K.L. Botanicals specializes in quality, small batch, handcrafted herbal- based, all natural products and because of this type of work, we only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged or incorrect. All returns are issued either as an exchange or full refund.
We take great care to list all ingredients for each product. If you have known allergies or sensitivities to an ingredient or essential oils, we highly encourage you to contact us via email @ k.l.botanicalsvermont@gmail.com if you have any questions about a product before purchasing.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
Items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition as it was received.
We will send an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and once reviewed and inspected, an approval or rejection of your refund.
